GRASSHOPPER TUTORIALS
These annotated Grasshopper definitions, based on a course of study at The University of Virginia School of Architecture, were selected as helpful parametric learning tools. The definitions are organized in sequence, in which the basic definitions should be accessible to anyone with a working knowledge of the Grasshopper plug-in for Rhino, and now include introductions to key plug-ins that extend the power of the native Grasshopper components.
The intention is to introduce a set of useful tools for architects, landscape architects, and designers, allowing them to immediately incorporate the power of parametric design into their work. Beginning help can be found at Grasshopper3d, MODELAB, and the elsewarecollective.
Explode_BReps Resource: The Grasshopper Desktop Companion compiles a set of grasshopper tools for the beginning to advanced user, providing examples of experimental and efficient workflows. The Companion, accessible now, is under continued developed by the Dripps + Phinney Studio and the UVA School of Architecture.
You can find more resources on the Explode_BReps Grasshopper Resource Page.
