responsive surface: operable voids

This definition builds a surface from two curves.  The surface is divided into panels.  A rectangle with two rectangles within it is then projected (box morphed) onto each panel of the surface and creates voids.  If you alter the size of the original rectangles, the size of the voids on the surface change.
