cleaning up delaunays
Delaunay Meshes create vectors between points in a triangular pattern. Sometimes, however, the resulting mesh describes areas that you might not be interested in describing. This definition allows one to eliminate unwanted areas of the mesh. This is not a way of “fixing” the mesh; the mesh is not wrong. Instead, the definition allows one to control the limits of the mesh. One could use these same components to do similar elimination processes on other geometries, surfaces, or meshes.
